Floyd House - meeting space for non-profits' use for family meetings or counseling, support groups, or other periodic meetings
The Floyd House gets a new roof! Thanks to Mountain Air Community Fund, the roof of the Floyd House has been replaced and intruding water put to a stop. Volunteer Barry Munyan, and others, worked on the exterior wall and chimney. The Floyd House is a meeting place for Scouts and other community groups, including AA. It's also available to other non-profits needing an occasional place for a family meeting or counseling. Next year, it will be the site of a Dementia Caregivers Cafe/Support Group. Thank you Mountain Air Community Fund for raising the roof and making it a safe meeting place for our community. Looking forward to expanded use in 2023!
